Out-of-this-World

Just a few days ago, my aunt shared this video on Facebook, then I shared it again and tonight I felt like watching it again. Besides the fact that I really love this song, this young man (only 17) sings amazingly good. I looked at some other versions with Andrea Bocelli and honestly, I like this Jonathan way better. When you close your eyes and listen to it, it is so beautiful.

I always imagined music would just carry itself but to me this video shows that sometimes imagery adds to it. Seeing the audience's response to their performance gives me an out-of-this-world experience. It is the surprise of the audience (including myself!) discovering talent, of seeing the love of two people for what they are doing, and the believe they have in each other.

Just listen to it first with your eyes closed (starting the music at 1:56 minutes in the video) as it is amazingly performed and then "watch" the video while listening. Just enjoy!
